Selangor out for revenge against Xuan Thanh Saigon

Selangor hope to avenge their 1-2 defeat to Vietnam's Xuan Thanh Saigon when both meet in an AFC Cup Group H return leg match at the Shah Alam Stadium today.
Selangor, buoyed by its 2-1 win over Johor Darul Takzim FC (JDT FC) in their first leg FA Cup quarterfinal match at the Larkin Stadium, last Saturday, hope to collect full points to revive their hope.
Head coach Irfan Bakti hopes the win against Johor FC would serve as a tonic for his boys to secure a win against the Vietnam outfit.
"We are confident of collecting full points tomorrow night...my players have learnt their lesson from the 1-2 defeat and know what to expect," he told reporters, here, today.
Irfan who is into his second season with Selangor said he would be able to field his best players although some senior players may be rested for two important upcoming matches against Felda United (Super League) and JDT FC (FA Cup return leg) on Saturday and April 16, respectively.
Meanwhile, Xuan Thanh Saigon head coach Tran Tien Dai is hoping that his charges would get at least a point to brighten his team's chances and move into the quarterfinal stage.
"I only brought 16 players and left a few of my key players at home due to injuries but I hope my boys will be able to collect at least a point tomorrow," he said.
Selangor, making their third appearance in the AFC Cup competition after 2006 and 2010, are currently third in Group H with one point behind leader East Bengal (7) and Xuan Thanh Saigon (7) while Tampines Rovers in fourth place also have one poin
