KUALA LUMPUR: Bare Knuckle Boxing (BKB) has appointed seasoned combat sports executive Loren Mack as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategy, in a move aimed at accelerating the promotion's next phase of international growth.
The appointment further strengthens the executive leadership team of the world's largest bare-knuckle boxing organisation as it continues to expand its presence across major global markets.
In his new role, Mack will oversee BKB's global brand strategy, audience and content growth, broadcast and streaming marketing, live event demand generation, and the marketing strategy supporting the organization's sponsorship and partnership portfolio.
He will also serve as a member of BKB's senior leadership team, helping shape BKB's enterprise and corporate strategy while playing a key role in driving the organization's long-term growth and value.
BKB Chief Executive Officer David Tetreault described Mack as a proven executive whose experience would be instrumental in taking the organisation to greater heights.
"BKB has achieved extraordinary growth over the past several years, and we're assembling an executive team capable of taking the organization to the next level. Loren brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing expertise, commercial leadership, and deep industry relationships developed over more than two decades in sports," he said.
"His experience building global brands and driving business growth will be invaluable as we continue expanding our audience, strengthening our partnerships, and bringing BKB to millions of fans around the world," he added.
Meanwhile, Mack said joining BKB represented the biggest opportunity of his career in combat sports.
"I've been fortunate to be part of some incredible organizations throughout my career, but I truly believe this represents the biggest opportunity in combat sports today.
"BKB has incredible momentum and has established itself as the largest and mostwatched bare-knuckle boxing organization in the world. I'm excited to help elevate the brand, expand its global footprint, create new business opportunities, and introduce BKB to millions of new fans around the world," said Mack.
Mack brings more than two decades of experience in the combat sports industry, having held executive positions with several of the sport's biggest organisations.
Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at the Professional Fighters League (PFL), where he played a key role in the company's international expansion through strategic leadership in marketing, brand development, investor relations, media rights and commercial partnerships.
Prior to joining PFL, Mack also held executive leadership positions at ONE Championship and began his career during one of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) most transformative eras.
Throughout his career, he has led global initiatives spanning North America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, overseeing projects involving marketing, athlete development, sponsorship activation, media distribution and business expansion.
