Mohammad Lan was today given a DNAA by the Sessions Court here on two counts of money laundering charges involving RM10 million.

The prosecution has handed over 485 exhibits to the defence team for the bribery and money laundering case of former Mara Inc chairman Mohammad Lan Allani, involving property deals in Melbourne.

If convicted, he could be jailed up to 20 years and a fine of five times the amount of the bribe or RM10,000, whichever is higher.
