RCEP to explore new membership in October's summit - Zafrul
RCEP leaders will convene in Kuala Lumpur this October, their first summit in five years, to explore expanding membership and boosting trade, says Investment, Trade and Industry Minister, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.
