The ceasefire between the United States and Iran is showing fresh signs of strain as both sides continue to disagree over the terms of a framework agreement reached in June, with Chatham House's Thomas Juneau saying the deal was intended to end the fighting and reopen the Strait of Hormuz but that its broad wording has left room for differing interpretations.
