A British soldier guarding the Buckingham Palace ‘changed his routine’ in an apparent bid to ‘entertain’ tourists, by performing silly walks.
In a video that was filmed by tourist Andy Richards, the Grenadier Guardsman was seen marching comically, twirling and even stooping and seemingly ‘picking’ something up from the ground.
The video titled "Buckingham Palace pirouetting guard shows off his funky dance moves" which was uploaded on Aug 20, has received more than half a million views to date.
The BBC reported that the unidentified soldier is currently being investigated for breaching military discipline.
Quoting a military spokesman, the report said: "any soldier falling short of the army's high standards could expect to face appropriate action."
