Australian police seized 'Methamphetamine' or ice weighing 585 kilograms from a China ship.
The drugs estimated worth nearly US$500 million (RM1.5 billion) and being smuggled to Sydney.
The seizure is nearly double of total drug seized in Australia last July.
Andrew Scipione, Police Commissioner of the state of New South Wales said, "There's over half a tonne (585 kilograms) of hideous drugs that were taken off the streets, with a street value approaching half a billion dollars."
Three men arrested whom were related to the seizure held passports of Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
They will be charged on Thursday for allegedly trying to produce drug that may carry a life sentence imprisonment.
Police also believe to endure several more behind the syndicate.
The success is a hard work and surveillance of police since last September.
This follows the presence of some suspicious container ship off the coast of Sydney since February 2012.
The ships were found departed from the port of Shen Zhen, Southern China.
