Narendra Modi conceded defeat on Tuesday in Delhi state elections after vote counting showed Arvind Kejriwal's party heading for a landslide victory.

India Prime Minister Narendra Modi conceded defeat on Tuesday in Delhi state elections after vote counting showed anti-corruption campaigner Arvind Kejriwal's party heading for a landslide victory.
