Man narrowly escapes death in car crash, minutes before wife 'kills' him

A French man narrowly escaped death from a car accident but in a strange twist of event, he was 'killed' by his wife who crashed her vehicle at the exact same spot as she was rushing to rescue him.
The 56-year-old man was travelling with his daughter when his vehicle slammed into a sharp bent at a road near Carville, northern France.
The car flipped and fell into a ditch but the pair escaped unscathed, according to a report by Ouest-France.
The man wasted no time to call his wife to pick them up from the crash site.
However, the 44-year-old wife, who rushed to the scene hit the same sharp curve lost control of her car forcing it to tumble down down the ravine towards the direction of her husband's car, crushing him to death.
The wife and daughter escaped with minor injuries in the tragic incident.
