According to the report, Al-Sudais, who made the remarks at the 48th edition of the Grand Hajj Symposium, titled 'Observing Syariah Permissions and Adherence to the Regulations Approved in the Hajj Rite,' held here yesterday, urged all parties to support the campaign and cooperate with the security agencies implementing it.
Al-Sudais pointed out that those who do not have a permit risk committing a sin and engaging in forbidden acts by violating syariah, the report stated.
This pertains to the essential condition of capability and consideration of circumstances like crowding and jostling, the importance of crowd management, and the phased entry.
The report also stated that performing hajj without a permit violates the regulations and instructions designed to serve the public interest, emphasising that pilgrims must adhere to these rules and avoid breaching or circumventing them, as those who do so are sinful and expose themselves to severe consequences.
Al-Sudais reiterated the importance of complying with hajj instructions and obtaining a permit in advance, highlighting that this measure ensures the safety and comfort of pilgrims, the report stated.
