The realities of digitalisation and business disruption today is extensive. According to market intelligence firm IDC, over 60 percent of businesses will be fully digitalised in the next decade.

The question then is on how will they embark on this journey.

Indeed, building large scale projects, with complexities of integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data, the need for collaborators in managing large enterprise projects require community building that, he says, is difficult to achieve.

“The reality is that managing communities is hard work,” Damien continues. “Managing cloud and automation journey is not going to be smooth, but it can indeed be made easier if collaborators function well in communities that operates in controlled manner through open source,” he says.
