ASNB offers discounts for Hibah Amanah and Pengisytiharan Amanah
The offer was in conjunction with the MSAM 2017 which will be held in Temerloh, Pahang from April 20-25, 2017.
Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) is offering a registration fee discount of RM100 (inclusive of goods and services tax) to investors for its unit trust-related estate planning services, Hibah Amanah and Pengisytiharan Amanah, from March 1 to April 30.
In a statement today, Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), said the offer was in conjunction with the Amanah Saham Malaysia Week (MSAM 2017), which will be held in Temerloh, Pahang from April 20-25, 2017.
ASNB Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, Mohammad Hussin, said the investors only needed to pay RM100 compared to the normal fee of RM180 (excluding GST) for each contract Hibah Amanah and Pengisytiharan Amanah.
By subscribing to both services, unit holders could decide on their succession by naming their beneficiaries to enable them to make speedy claims, it said.
Both services facilitated the distribution of ASNB units to desired beneficiaries after demise of a unit holder, and claims would take about 30 days to be processed, it said.
It said the contracts covered more than one ASNB unit holders and allowed naming of up to 10 beneficiaries.
The registration forms can be obtained from any 30 ASNB branches nationwide or downloaded from the website www.asnb.com.my, it said.
