Firefly upgrades system to enhance online operations

Firefly will be conducting a system upgrade and maintenance on June 22 and 23 to provide enhanced online operations for passengers.

As a result of the exercise, all reservation channels will be temporarily unavailable from June 22 at 12 am onwards, it said in a statement.

Passengers travelling on June 22 or June 23 are advised to buy tickets or finalise changes and perform web check-in before 5pm on June 21.

Alternatively passengers may arrive early at counter check-in to avoid any inconvenience to their travel plans.
