Foreign workers permit processing fee remains at RM125, says MyEG

The processing fee for foreign workers permit (PLKS) renewal will remain at RM125, said MY E.G. Services Bhd (MyEG).
"The government will bear the convenience fee of RM35.00 (for the renewal of PLKS) which is charged by MyEG," the Malaysian e-Government services provider said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia Wednesday.
The Immigration Department announced that the renewal of PLKS will be implemented fully online effective May 2, 2015.
