TNB to introduce online transaction at month-end
TNB said its staff are ready to assist during the system transition period in July and would try their best to reduce the hiccups.
Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) is launching a one-stop portal at www.mytnb.com.my at the end of this month to enable customers carry out transactions 'without borders'.
In a statement here, TNB said its 8.6 million customers could make various transactions and get access to information they wanted.
"During the system transition period in July, minor hiccups may occur for several transactions.
"However, our staff are ready to assist and would try their best to reduce the hiccups," said TNB.
Transactions that can be made include supply application, change of tenancy and closing account.
The others are deposit refund in a shorter period and debited directly to customer's bank account and bill payment.
Customers can also get access to information, electricity consumption trend and search for other portals related to the power industry.
