Singapore McDonald's launches Nasi Lemak Burger

Singapore McDonald's has launched a special menu including Nasi Lemak Burger in conjunction with the Singapore Food Festival 2017 and Singapore's National Day.

Inspired by local favourites such as nasi lemak dan cendol, the limited-time menu will be available from Thursday (July 13).

Nasi Lemak Burger consists of a coconut-flavoured chicken thigh patty, fried egg, caramelised onions and cucumber slices topped with sambal sauce and served between semolina buns.

The new menu will also feature a Chendol McFlurry, coconut pie, as well as kueh salat cake, a pandan sponge cake with a glutinous rice layer.
