The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah and the Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tuanku Hajah Haminah have sent condolences on the demise of Tunku Abdul Jalil Iskandar Sultan Ibrahim.
A statement from Istana Negara today said the royal couple sent condolences to the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar and the Permaisuri of Johor, Raja Zarith Sofia Sultan Idris Shah.
Tunku Abdul Jalil, 25, passed away at 7.11 pm yesterday at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru, due to cancer.
His remains were buried at the Mahmoodiah Royal Mausoleum this afternoon.
