Baby falls from building after slipping from father's arms

A seven-month old baby boy was killed after slipping from his father's arms at the Bukit Pelindung police quarters here, Tuesday.

Kuantan deputy police chief Supt Abdul Aziz Ahmad said in the 6.30pm incident, the boy, Mohd Danial Mikhail Mohd Abdul Hadi, was in his father's arms when he slipped and fell from the fourth floor of the police quarters.

The father was also holding a garbage bag at that time, he added.

The boy was then sent to the Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital (HTAA) in Kuantan, but was pronounced dead, he told Bernama.

It is learnt that the boy was a grandson of a policeman residing at the police quarters.
