Five important points from Ismail Sabri's media statement

KUALA LUMPUR:A total of 549 individuals were detained while two individuals were remanded for disobeying the Movement Control Order (MCO).

Here are five important points in the media statement of the Senior Minister (Defence Cluster), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Thursday (October 29, 2020):

1) 549 individuals were arrested, two remanded for misconduct under the MCO directive.

2) A total of 14 illegal immigrants were detained through Op Benteng.

3) 56,699 individuals have returned home, 9,523 individuals ordered mandatory quarantine.

4) A total of 36 public sanitation operations have been implemented involving 13 states.

5) A survey at the construction site found that all complied with the prescribed SOPs.
