Kini Trending: Positivity through music

Canadian hardcore act, Comeback Kid is again making its way to Kuala Lumpur for the second time this January 26.

The group, a collective effort from a bunch of youngsters, is famous for delivering positive messages through its music and social media.

Comeback Kid’s committed in raising awareness for social problems, enables hardcore and punk music to remain relevent despite not being well accepted by the general public.

Every day at 8.15 pm this week, Kini Trending will discuss the direction of youths and social activists in music in conjunction with Comeback Kid’s visit to Malaysia.

Comeback Kid (CBK) of Canada was formed in 2002 and is under Victory Records label.

CBK will perform at OVO Live Bistro @ Damansara Up Town, Petaling Jaya on 26 January.

CBK’s first performance in Malaysia was on 26 April 2008 at Zouk KL and was attended by over 3,000 hardcore fans.
