Malindo Air staff injured after lightning struck baggage trolley in Subang
Malindo Air chief executive officer Chandran Rama Muthy said the incident occurred at 3pm, prior to heavy rain
A Malindo Air staff was injured when lightning struck a baggage trolley that he was handling at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, Thursday.
Malindo Air chief executive officer Chandran Rama Muthy said the incident occurred at 3pm, prior to heavy rain.
He said the man who handled the trolley had a secondary strike.
"Upon medical attention he is now in stable condition," he said when contacted.
However, he did not elaborate on the man's injuries.
It is learnt that the staff was sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital for further treatment. - BERNAMA
