Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun is not amused by the online antics of nudist who has been berating the minister on his Twitter account.
The tourist, Emil Kaminski, had called Masidi an idiot for his statement that the tourists who had posed naked on the Mount Kinabalu had caused the earthquake, measuring 6.0 magnitude.
"#masidimanjun #Malaysia #earthquake #Mount Kinabalu Masidi Manjun, you are an idiot, not a minister of tourism," Kaminski had tweeted.

Meanwhile, Masidi, commenting on Kaminski's tweets, said this:
Just got this very complimentary posting from the nudist. I say, "it takes a monkey to call another person a monkey"

Last month, photos of five naked men on Mount Kinabalu surfaced on social media, drawing criticism from various quarters.
It was later reported that 10 tourists, including four women, had split from their group, towards the south peak.
They took off their clothes and posed for photographs, despite the warnings and pleadings from their mountain guide.
