The Joint Agency Coordination Centre has released a synthetic aperture sonar acoustic image of the seafloor gathered by GO Phoenix, one of the three ships that are searching for the wreckage of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.

In a press statement, JACC said this latest development is indicative of the resolution and quality of the data and that is revealing important detail of the seafloor.
