Like Mother, Like Daughter

Being the daughter of two of the most attractive people on the planet may just land you a Chanel campaign. Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, is taking up a role her mother is acquainted with, as she takes on the role as the new Chanel ambassador in her first ever fashion campaign. For her first gig in the high gloss world of fashion, she certainly hit the jackpot with this collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel. With her parents’ good looks, it’s no surprise that Lily-Rose has now become the newest addition to the Chanel family.

Lagerfeld also cast the ingénue in his recent Chanel Haute Couture show, which she attended with her mother, who has been modelling for the house since 1990. She is a splitting image of her mother donning those round frames dotted with pearl white beads, having a picture-perfect face and sporting a statement mauve lip. It’s no surprise the Kaiser chose her to be the face of Chanel’s Pearl eyewear collection where the young actress plays a baby-doll in a world of saturated sweetness and femininity.
