Night lane closure of Jalan Cheras from Sept 30
The closure is necessary to facilitate unloading of construction materials to Entrance A at the Maluri underground MRT station construction site.
A 30-meter lane closure at Jalan Cheras will be conducted at night to facilitate unloading of construction materials for the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project of Maluri station.
The MRT's designer and construction company, MMC Gamuda KVMRT Sdn Bhd, said the lane was located in front of AEON Maluri and would be closed from Sept 30 until Oct 2, between midnight until 5am daily.
"The closure is necessary to facilitate unloading of construction materials to Entrance A at the Maluri underground MRT station construction site," said the company in a statement today.
It said motorists were advised to follow the directional signage and the company would also deploy its project emergency response team to assist traffic flow.
