RTD implements 'mySIKAP' today

The Road Transport Department (RTD) will start implementing its new computing system, 'mySIKAP', at all its offices nationwide Friday.

Director-general Datuk Ismail Ahmad said, notices had been issued and announcement made from time to time by the state RTD offices, through the RTD portal, Facebook and Twitter to inform the public on the matter.

"RTD has also opened an operations room at its headquarters in Putrajaya beginning today to monitor technical issues or interruption during the implementation of the new system," he said in a statement here Thursday.

He hoped the public would be patient should there be any interruption in their transactions with RTD due to the implementation of the new system at its offices nationwide.
