After taking office on March 1, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will appear for the first time in a special interview with RTM and Astro AWANI tonight.
The 45-minute special interview with the Eighth Malaysian Prime Minister is jointly conducted by RTM presenter, Zaleha Khairene Ismail and Astro AWANI presenter, Essan Yahya.
This special conversation explores information and the rationality behind the difficult decisions he had had to make and the government's decision to manage the global pandemic COVID-19 to balance the country's economic needs and to protect the lives and safety of the people.
Muhyiddin was also questioned about the new normal concepts that were increasingly ingrained in people's daily lives, especially economic challenges, small and medium industries, direct effects on people's welfare, unemployment and more.
Questions on the legitimacy of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) government and comments that there were ministers on vacation, were also not spared.
Don’t miss the interview on RTM and channel 501 Astro AWANI at 9 pm tonight.
