Masdiana at the same time also denied the allegation that the water tanker of Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd at her residence was to fill the swimming pool.
"I realised the mistake on my part to upload the picture which gave rise to many interpretations and the allegation that the truck was sent to fill the swimming pool was not true at all.
“As a mother, I just want to express my gratitude to the Air Selangor frontline staff who have been working hard for the past few days and it is not my intention to brag.
"I apologise if the action had caused any form of misinterpretation and hurt the feelings of any party," she said through a post on her Facebook account on Sunday.
According to Masdiana, she herself will personally go down with Air Selangor frontline staff to help residents in areas that have not received water supply, especially single mothers and senior citizens.
Earlier, Masdiana was criticised for uploading several pictures at the Menteri Besar's official residence which showed a swimming pool and a water tanker truck, causing various speculations.
The post that was uploaded on her Instagram account was however deleted and her account deactivated.
This was due to the problem of water supply disruption faced by the people of the state following water pollution in Sungai Gong, Rawang, last Thursday.
