Tahfiz centre inferno: PM Najib offers condolences

The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak offer his condolences to the families of the victims of the Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah Tahfiz Centre inferno here today.

“Innalillah. I’m sad to know the fire incident at Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah Tahfiz Centre and the 20 loss of life. May Allah bless their souls. Al- Fatihah,” Datuk Seri Najib tweeted.

25 died, three critical and two other semi-critical in the inferno.

Police said two of the demise victims are the members of the staff and all their bodies are trapped at the second floor of the building.
