Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua Kiam Wee was ordered to leave Sarawak via a flight from Miri Airport, at 4.20pm this afternoon.
A Sarawak Immigration Department spokesman, when contacted by Bernama, confirmed the matter.
"It is confirmed that YB Tony Pua was checked out to leave the state at 4.20pm from Miri Airport to Kuala Lumpur upon the orders of Sarawak state authorities," he said.
It was learned that Pua, the DAP national publicity secretary, arrived in Miri this morning.
