'Voice on viral audio recording not mine' - Mohamad Hasan
MOHAMAD HASAN: I had nothing to do with the audio clip and whatever confession made by the individual recorded in it. - BERNAMA Photo
Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan today denied that the voice that criticised Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in the audio clip which had gone viral over the social media, was his.
Mohamad said he had nothing to do with the audio clip and whatever confession made by the individual recorded in it.
"There is an evidence of fraud in the clip, especially when the father of the individual was said to be a teacher, whereas my late father was not a teacher," he said in a statement here today.
The menteri besar said whoever made the allegation clearly had ill intentions against him, besides trying to confuse the people and creating disputes between him and other leaders, be it in UMNO or in the government.
"I call on all quarters not to fall easily for this lies and allegations hurled at me by those irresponsible quarters," he said.
