Woman loses RM10k cash, valuables while praying in mosque

A South Kelantan Development Authority employee lost RM10,000 in cash and valuables when her handbag was stolen at the Razaleigh Mosque here Tuesday.

Gua Musang District Police chief Supt Saiful Bahri Abdullah said the incident occurred at 1.45pm, when the victim was performing Zuhur prayers with eight other women.

Speaking to reporters, he said the handbag contained jewellery, two cell phones, a car ignition key, an international passport, a Tabung Haji account book and RM5,000.
