Kelantan UMNO supports sacking of members who want to topple party president

Kelantan UMNO Liaison chairman Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed says the Kelantan UMNO will support the UMNO Supreme Council if they decide to sack members who tried to topple party president Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
"We (UMNO Kelantan) have stated in the Kelantan Declaration that those who support the movement to topple Najib should be sacked from the party," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby Monday.
Mustapa was commenting on the presence of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir at the closed-door rally with Opposition leaders in Shah Alam, Selangor, on Monday.
On March 24, all 14 Kelantan UMNO division chiefs, including Gua Musang Member of Parliament, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah pledged support for Najib's leadership by signing the Kelantan Declaration.
