"UMNO helps the people" programme implemented without prejudice
Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said this was evident as aid and assistance were given by the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government fairly to the people regardless of their political differences.
The UMNO Helps the People programme mooted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak has been implemented without prejudice and non-UMNO supporters have also benefited from it.
UMNO Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said this was evident as aid and assistance were given by the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government fairly to the people regardless of their political differences.
"As such, I hope the people, especially in Semporna, would continue giving their support to UMNO and Barisan Nasional under the leadership of our prime minister," he told reporters at the Ziarah Kasih Ramadan programme here today.

Earlier in his speech, Abdul Azeez said he was entrusted by the prime minister to present the aid to the people in Semporna, including in Bugaya.
He said the programme is being held at 57 parliamentary constituencies across the country to help the asnaf, the poor and needy.
