Bolt visits Brazil, reveals long jump plans ahead 2016 Olympics

It was a busy Tuesday for the world's fastest man on two legs.

Usain Bolt visited a public training centre in western Rio de Janeiro, meeting children who are training to become professional athletes.

Earlier in the day, the Jamaican enjoyed a helicopter tour of the city's main tourist sites.

He posted on his personal Twitter account several photos including the Sugar Loaf, Maracana stadium and the beaches.

Arriving in great style, he took the opportunity to play with some young athletes who train at the Vila Olimpica Manoel Tubino facility.

Bolt was also presented with the symbolic "City Key" by Rio mayor, Eduardo Paes.

At the press conference, he declined to comment on Lance Armstrong's ban of international cycling saying that he's from a different sport.

But he did reveal that he is examining with his coach the possibility of participating as a long jumper in Rio 2016.
