Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak expressed proud over the Malaysian badminton men's doubles pair's victory in clinching the silver medal at the Rio Olympics today.
"Goh V Shem - Tan Wee Kiong have given their best. I'm so proud of their performance, the third silver medal #MAS! Congratulations!" he tweeted.

V Shem-Wee Kiong lost to China's pair Fu Haifeng-Zhang Nan 21-16, 11-21, 21-23 in a breathtaking game at the Riocentro Pavilion 4 early today.
This is Malaysia's third silver medal after the two contributed by divers Pandelela Rinong and Cheong Jun Hoong in the women's synchronised 10m platform and badminton mixed doubles pair Chan Peng Soon-Goh Liu Ying.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi also congratulated V Shem-Wee Kiong.
