The High Court here today dismissed Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad's application for a judicial review seeking open proceedings for the RCI on the Handling of the Pulau Batu Puteh

The act of withdrawing a review application over the ICJ decision on Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge claim was not in order and improper.
