Beijing says Fentanyl is a U.S problem, not China

China has reiterated that fentanyl is a U.S. issue, not China's, with Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jians blaming U.S. tariffs for severely hindering bilateral anti-drug cooperation and calling for more constructive dialogue.
