Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will offer travel packages to various international destinations in conjunction with the three-day MATTA fair which will begin tomorrow.
"During the three-day fair, customers would be spoilt for choice with various economy and business class offerings to MAS and Oneworld destinations.
"The fares start from RM300 to Singapore, RM350 to Bangkok, RM400 to Jakarta, Yangon or Phnom Penh, RM500 to Saigon or Denpasar, RM950 to Perth, RM1,500 to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane and RM2,900 to Auckland," it said in a statement.
Also on offer are other MAS destinations including London from RM2,800, Paris or Amsterdam from RM2,700, Taipei from RM800, Tokyo from RM1,700, Incheon from RM1,200, Hong Kong from RM750 and Guangzhou from RM1,000.
MAS also said all-inclusive return fares, which are available on the website www.malaysiaairlines.com, to domestic destinations start from RM120 within Peninsula Malaysia or intra Sabah, Sarawak and RM260 for crossing routes between Peninsula Malaysia and Sabah, Sarawak.
Oneworld fares start from RM2,272 to the United States (including Boston, Chicago, New York or Honolulu), RM3,199 to Europe (Milan, Budapest, Rome, Vienna, Madrid or Manchester), RM2,299 to Japan, RM2,899 to Australia and RM2,500 to Russia.
The fares are for travel on economy class, it added.
MAS Regional Senior Vice-President Malaysia, Datuk Muzammil Mohamad said the top destinations that would be sought after are London, Paris, Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
"We are offering travellers to purchase now and travel later with a nine month travel window from Sept 7, 2014 to June 30, 2015," he added.
