Disney swaps release dates for 'The Incredibles 2' and 'Toy Story 4'

DISNEY has done some major reshuffling of some of their most anticipated animated sequels: "The Incredibles 2" and "Toy Story 4."
Due to an accelerated production schedule, "The Incredibles 2" will hit theaters a full year before its original release date, taking the slot originally assigned to "Toy Story 4," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
That means "The Incredibles" is now set to bow June 15, 2018, while "Toy Story 4" will be released June 21, 2019, the original release date for "The Incredibles 2."
Brad Bird returns to direct "The Incredibles 2."
Likewise, Tom Hanks and Tim Allen will reprise their roles as Woody and Buzz Lightyear.
