Gary Barlow is going to be a part of the upcoming Star Wars movie The Last Jedi, the singer revealed the news on ITV's Lorraine show on Monday.

“I'm not a stormtrooper but I am in it," Barlow said to Ross King.

However, he refused to speak more on his role and to what part he would play.

Disney has not released plot details for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" but directior Rian Johnson has said it will immediately follow the events of 2015 release "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," in which Skywalker was revealed to be the last remaining Jedi and had gone into hiding.

The movie will be released on December 15.
