Jozan wins Maharaja Lawak Mega 2012

Popular comedian group 'Jozan' won the hearts of the public after keeping them in stitches before bagging the main prize at the Maharaja Lawak Mega 2012 in Johor Bahru last night.

'Jozan', comprising of Zizan dan Johan, bagged RM500,000 along with a trophy.

'Jambu' played bridesmaid and received RM250,000 for their efforts while 'Shiro' occupied the third spot and was rewarded RM150,000.

Also participating in the final competition were 'Boboi' and 'Say Who'. Boboi won the fourth place along with RM50,000 in cash while Say Who came in fifth with RM15,000 in cash.

The prizes were handed out by the Astro’s Malay Business vice president Khairul Anwar Saleh.

The competition was judged through the most votes obtained from the public via SMS text message along with professional juries including Awie, Najip Ali, Wulan Guritno and Lisa Surihani.
