COVID-19: Death toll in Indonesia rises to 25

The number of positive cases in Indonesia had risen to 309, an increase of 82 over yesterdays 227.
Six more people died of COVID-19 in Indonesia Thursday, raising the national death toll from the disease to 25.
Achmad Yurianto, spokesman of the Indonesian authorities on COVID-19, said that as of noon, the number of positive cases had risen to 309, an increase of 82 over yesterday’s 227.
He spoke at a press conference that was broadcast live on the official YouTube account of the Indonesian National Agency for Disaster Management.
The 25 deaths occurred in Jakarta (17), Central Java (three), Bali (one), Banten (one), West Java (one), East Java (one) and North Sumatera (one). - BERNAMA
