The number of COVID-19 positive cases in Indonesia has risen to 81,668 cases, an additional 1,574 new cases in the past 24 hours.
Indonesian government spokesman for COVID-19 Achmad Yurianto said from 12 noon yesterday to 12 noon today, 76 fatalities were reported, bringing the death toll to 3,873.
"A total of 23,947 patients are still under surveillance," he told a daily press conference aired over the official YouTube channel of Indonesia's Board for Disaster Management (BNPB).
