Eight-year-old rakes in USD1.3 million yearly from YouTube videos

In reality, the eight-year-old is arguably America's most popular kid, whose name has been associated to celebrity names including Madonna and Katy Perry, albeit promoting popular games such as 'Angry Birds' and 'Lego'.

Going by his amateurish YouTube posts consisting of his favourite kids games and video games, Evan has made a name of for himself. And he surely is smiling his way to the bank after he successfully garnered an annual income of a whopping USD1.3 million.

His YouTube channel has also clinched a total view of 750 million views merely a few hours after his do-it-yourself (DIY) videos were uploaded.

The phenomenal figure has placed the buck-toothed Evan in the Ivy league of international celebrity YouTubers including Madonna, Katy Perry as well as sports channel, ESPN.

Evan's success is attributed to the constant support he gets from his supportive family. His father, Jared and occasionally, his mother as well as his cute younger sister would jump in to help him to complete his reviews.

Jared, who is also known as DaddyTube, owns a photography and video production company, and is responsible for editing Evan’s video recording.

According to a Newsweek.com report, Jared started the family project three years ago as something fun to do until one of their videos got one million views.

Ever since that, Jared would constantly receives requests for his son to review children’s games.

The income that Evan gets is from the advertisements on his YouTube channel.

Jared, who is still working said, the money has not been used to sustain the family but goes straight into his children’s fund for the future.
