Company COO claims trial to molesting employee

The chief operating officer of a printing company pleaded not guilty in the magistrate's court here Friday, to three counts of molesting a female employee, between last December and January.
On the first count, K.S. Vasan, 52, is charged with outraging the modesty of the 32-year-old woman at an office in Mont Kiara, Sentul here at 10.30am on Jan 23, this year.
On the second charge, he allegedly molested the woman at an elevator in the office building between 9am and 6pm, between December last year and January.
On the third count, the accused was charged with molesting her on the emergency stairway in the same building, at the same time and date as the second charge.
Magistrate Nur Azura Murah set bail at RM5,000 in one surety for all three charges and fixed March 26 for re-mention.
