Tun Suhailah laid to rest at Heroes' Mausoleum

Tun Suhailah Mohamad Noah, widow of Malaysia's third prime minister Tun Hussein Onn, who died early today, was laid to rest at the Heroes' Mausoleum at the National Mosque here.

Suhailah, mother of Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin, passed away at 12.30am at the KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital. She was 82.

Her remains were brought in an armed forces hearse to the mosque at about noon from her residence at No. 19, Jalan Changkat Tunku, Bukit Tunku, here.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who is a nephew of Suhailah, and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, attended the funeral at the Heroes Mausoleum.
