ACP Alzafny Ahmad said the girl was found lying on the ground floor of the building by a teacher about 7.20am.
A Year Six pupil sustained serious injuries after she was believed to have fallen from the third floor of a primary school here today.
South Klang district police chief ACP Alzafny Ahmad said the girl was found lying on the ground floor of the building by a teacher about 7.20am before she was taken to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital here.
He said the pupil was now in a stable condition despite suffering from internal bleeding in the head which believed to have been due to neck fracture.
"The girl's father has told that she refused to go to school today as she does not have mutual understanding with her peers," said Alzafny here today.
