Malaysia is awaiting the findings of a special investigation into MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki’s share ownership, which according to the Government will be presented this week. This controversy has reignited questions about accountability at the country’s top anti-corruption body. With calls growing for a Royal Commission of Inquiry, the Prime Minister says it is still too early to decide.
