Consider This: Sabah Child Wellbeing Index (Part 2) — Growing Up in Sabah

A new study by UNICEF and the Sabah State Government is offering one of the most comprehensive assessments yet of children's wellbeing in the state. The Sabah Child Wellbeing Index looks beyond household income to examine how children are growing, learning, and living across several key indicators. The index also addresses significant data gaps, particularly for children who are undocumented, stateless, or with disabilities: these are groups often absent from national surveys but who are disproportionately affected by systemic barriers. On this episode of #ConsiderThis Melisa Idris speaks with Qalista S. Dohny, Principal Assistant Secretary of SUHAKAM Sabah.
